FOR RETURNED, REFUSED OR ABANDONED ORDERS

If your package is returned because of an incorrect address or delivery is refused at the address you supplied to us, then you will be notified by email that your order was returned and you will be able to arrange for a reshipment. Be warned returns can take a very long time to get back to us, many months in some cases, so it's very important that your shopping information is up to date.

Reshipment will incur a new shipping fee, so be sure to enter your full address correctly the first time since this is the exact address we will be printing on your shipping label.

If you decide against a reshipment you will be refunded for the cost of items only, since the original postage was already used in the initial delivery attempt.
